Healthy Thriving
in Early Adulthood
Emerging & early adulthood captures people roughly aged 18 to 40. This is a wildly important span of development in anyone’s life in which you are working on healthy individuation. You are exploring who you are in the world, what lights you up, what kinds of relationships you want to build, how to “adult,” what career you might deepen into, how to be a better person, how to lean into purpose & meaning in your life, and more. I work with people in this age range who are working on what I call “healthy thriving.” Things are OK, but you want them to be better. You want to make the most out of your life.
I work best with people who are highly motivated towards growth, integration, and evolution, and who want to build tangible skills and practices to support them for the rest of their lives. Below is a non-exhaustive list of some things you may want to work on, that I have much experience working with:
Identity/self exploration - “who am I?”
Life transitions
Paralyzed by possibility
Career exploration
Work/life balance
Healthy stress management skills
Connecting with & honoring your body
Listening to the messages of your body
